O’Neills Sportswear the largest sportswear manufacturer in Ireland, has announced their decision to sponsor the Beach Rugby & Netball Festivals brand.
The company, who are known for producing high quality clothing made from its own fabric on Irish shores, will be the official kit provider for the Beach Rugby Festivals.
The Beach Rugby Festival, a two-day event featuring tag rugby tournaments, takes place in Exmouth, Weston-super-Mare and Weymouth each year.
Both the Weston-super-Mare and Exmouth events also include Beach Netball tournaments. O’Neills, a company which was founded in 1918, will provide tag rugby and netball kits for the teams, as well as providing the staff kit. The agreement will be in place for the next two years. Wayne Hadley Managing Director of Beach Rugby Festivals, said: “This partnership is a great opportunity for the Beach Rugby Festivals brand.
“O’Neills Sportswear is a brilliant company and I can’t wait to work with them on our team and staff kits. Bring on the festivals next year!”
The dates for the 2026 Beach Rugby Festivals are as follows:
- Exmouth: May 22 until 24
- Weymouth: July 10 until 12
- Weston-super-Mare: August 7 until 9
