Speaking from a personnel level i had Epilepsy from the age of 4 to 21 where i had many episodes, and i stopped breathing 4 times where i was lucky to be brought back to life by medical professionals. Luckily i grew out of it when i was 21. I am now 44 and still free of this and don’t take any medication.
Charity: Young Epilepsy is one of many charities CarFest helps and this one is very close to my heart in what i went through as a young child. Epilepsy is a condition, not a disability, they can still have a normal life with the right help and support. Like with many conditions and disabilities you have to live life to the max! and Carfest is a great place to support everyone….. MC
